At the beginning of January, I set the agenda for 2026.
I said I’m no longer chasing volume.
I’m chasing real, monetizable, sustainable value.
One clear goal for the year:
Commercialize one product every month.
Not by building shiny new things from scratch.
But by taking the existing portfolio — the twelve battle-tested creations — and turning them into actual businesses that generate revenue, retain users, and compound.
In my world, a product is commercialized only when:
- There’s a clearly defined ICP — I know exactly who this is for and why they’d pay
- A simple, focused use case — one core problem solved exceptionally well
- A live, conversion-oriented landing page
- Pricing and payments fully enabled
- Solid onboarding content and basic training materials
- Active users giving feedback and shaping iterations
January was about doing exactly that.
The Product I Finally Counted: Training
One product that didn’t show up in my “tools shipped in 2025” list was training.
Not because it didn’t exist — but because I hadn’t owned it end-to-end.
For most of last year, I delivered trainings in AI, Cybersecurity, and Data Protection as a consultant under other companies. The work was real. The impact was real. The revenue… fragmented.
In January, I fixed that.
I set up the infrastructure to offer these trainings directly.
That’s where Eliday Solutions Ltd comes in.
(Yes — registered back in January 2025. This was always coming.)
Introducing Eliday Solutions Ltd
Eliday Solutions Ltd helps small and medium businesses stay safe and ready in the digital world.
We focus on three things:
1️⃣ Cybersecurity — protecting systems, emails, and data from hacks and fraud
2️⃣ AI Readiness — helping teams adopt AI safely and responsibly
3️⃣ Data Protection — helping businesses comply with data laws and handle customer data properly
We deliver this through:
- Practical, no-fluff trainings
- Conformity and gap assessments — identify risks, fix them, and train teams properly
Our core customers are:
- SMEs that can’t afford big consulting firms but still need to be secure and compliant
- Individuals (including students preparing for tertiary education) who want practical, career-relevant skills
- Organizations needing Information Security, AI Management, or Data Protection compliance assessments
This is not theory. This is execution.

Personal Notes (Because This Is a Long Game)
Health still matters.
I’ve fully cut out processed sugar — and that’s now a permanent identity shift, not a challenge. You’ll see that reflected in future updates.
Fitness has been less disciplined. I gained about 5kg since October after falling off my morning runs. Instead of pretending it’s not happening, I’m adjusting the system:
If I miss a run, I do home exercises in the backyard. Not perfect — but consistent beats dramatic resets.
Momentum is rebuilding.
What’s Next
That’s one product commercialized.
