March 2025 Recap: One Product Down, More Momentum Ahead

When I signed off February 2025, I had one clear commitment: ship a product in March. Mission accomplished.

🚀 Product Launch: NameKon

This March, I launched a tool for startup founders and creatives — NameKon.

It helps you generate startup names, check domain availability, and even see if social media handles are taken. Don’t wonder too much how it works… just know AI is doing all the cooking in the background 😄

It’s fast, fun, and free — perfect for your next brainstorming session. Give it a spin:

🌍 African Startups Directory: Progress on SEO

The African Startups Directory got more listings in March — a small but steady win. SEO has slightly improved, although traffic is still on the slower side.

In April, my focus is to double down on SEO to make the directory more discoverable and more useful to founders, investors, and ecosystem players across the continent.

✨ NenoPress Update: 30 New Signups

We hit 30 new signups on NenoPress this month! I also got valuable feedback from early users — a goldmine for improvement.

The new team members who joined us in February have been crushing it. We’re shipping updates at lightning speed, and we’re only getting started.

If you’re looking to ease your social media burden, NenoPress is the tool for you.

🎯 Coaching Business: Some Progress, More Potential

March was an average month for my coaching efforts. I onboarded one new client, which I’m grateful for — but there’s clearly room for growth.

This space has a lot of potential, and in April I plan to refine my strategies to bring more founders on board and deliver even more value.

If you’re a founder or building something ambitious and need a solid sounding board — let’s talk.

🏃‍♂️ Health & Fitness: Sugar-Free Wins, Running Setbacks

I stayed sugar-free this month, which I’m proud of. However, I didn’t manage to keep up with my morning runs. April is my chance to turn that around.

My goal? Be consistent again — and beat my personal best.

🌱 We Planted 1500 Trees

One of the highlights of March—my daughter, wife, and I planted 1,500+ trees. This is part of our small but meaningful contribution to a greener planet. It’s not just about tech and startups; it’s also about legacy and responsibility.

🌱 Final Thoughts: March Was Slow, April Will Be Better

March wasn’t fast-paced, but it was meaningful. I shipped one product, gathered momentum across my platforms, and forged some exciting new partnerships that align with my mission of building and supporting startups across Africa.

🔮 April Goals

Here’s what I’m working toward in April:

  1. Launch a New Product – I’m sticking to my one-product-per-month streak.
  2. Boost SEO for the Directory – Drive organic growth and traffic.
  3. Grow NenoPress to 60+ signups – Based on current pace and feedback.
  4. Acquire 3 new coaching clients – With better outreach and positioning.
  5. Stay sugar-free + run 3x a week – Time to rebuild my fitness rhythm.

✌️ Conclusion

March laid the foundation. April is about momentum. Thanks for being part of the ride.

Let’s build, refine, and grow.
